How It Works

01 / Design Sprint Application

Start by filling out a brief application where you’ll share your brand and design needs. This helps us understand your goals and ensures we’re aligned from the start.

02 / Choose Your VIP Week

Select your dedicated design sprint week. At this point, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. You’ll receive access to your VIP Design Hub where you can start adding any materials you want me to review before our call.

03 / Discovery Call

7 -10 days before your sprint begins, we’ll schedule a 45-minute call to finalize your design wishlist and ensure we’re on the same page. This call is crucial for setting clear priorities and making sure all deliverables are ready to go.

04 / Pre-Sprint Prep

You’ll receive a working ‘to-do’ list from me, along with any last-minute questions regarding your brand or the content you’ve provided. This ensures we’re fully prepared to dive in without any delays.

05 / The VIP Design Sprint Week

We’ll start the week with a check-in to confirm all content is ready. Then, I’ll dive into my design genius zone—fully focused on bringing your vision to life.

Mid-week, we’ll touch base to review progress and discuss any revisions to ensure everything is on track.

By the end of the week, the final touches will be applied. Once the final payment is settled, you’ll receive a video overview, all final files, and personalized recommendations for moving forward.

06 / The After Glow

For the next 5 days, you’ll have email support to ask any follow-up questions about your new designs. While no additional design work or revisions are included, this is the perfect time to clarify details or get advice on next steps.

    • Delivery & the After Glow: You will receive all of your new brand assets along with direction and 5 days of support. If you need more, we offer a 10% discount on additional projects.

    • Final Payment: Due at the end of the sprint, right before I hand over all your fabulous new designs.

    • Personalized Perfection: This isn’t a cookie-cutter service. Every design is tailored to your brand, your needs, and your vision. You’ll get 5 days of post-sprint support to make sure you’re 100% thrilled with the results and ready to rock your brand’s new look.

    • Need More? No Problem: If we’re on a roll and you want to keep going, you can book another sprint (with a 10% discount) or bring in an in-house designer at an hourly rate to keep the momentum.

    • Access to Our Creative Rolodex: Need help with copy, custom photography, or video content? VIP clients get exclusive access to our network of top-tier creatives. We’ll play matchmaker and connect you with the perfect collaborator to get the job done, so you’re fully supported from start to finish.
