Fill out a quick application to share your brand’s design needs and goals. This helps me understand what you need, what’s working (or not), and how to make the most of our week together. Think of it as the pre-game strategy session—so when we start, we’re already ahead.

It’s a Date
Pick your dedicated design sprint week and secure it with a 50% deposit. You’ll get access to your VIP Design Hub to upload anything I should review before we start.

Strategy call
About 7-10 days before your sprint, we’ll hop on a 45-minute strategy call to finalize your design wishlist and priorities. This ensures we hit the ground running—no guesswork, no back-and-forth.

Pre-Sprint Prep
No last-minute scrambling here. You’ll get a clear to-do list from me with exactly what to gather—logos, brand assets, content, passwords, the works. I’ll also send over any last questions to make sure we’re fully locked and loaded for your sprint. No delays, no surprises—just a seamless kickoff.

Your VIP Design Sprint
It’s go time. I’m fully in my design genius zone, focused on bringing your brand to life.
✔ We kick off with a check-in to confirm all content is ready.
✔ Mid-week, we touch base to review progress and make tweaks.
✔ By the end of the week, you’ll have a polished, high-end brand refresh. Final files, video walkthrough, and personalized recommendations included.

The After Glow
For 5 days post-sprint, you’ll have email support to ask follow-up questions. No extra design work, but plenty of guidance to make sure you’re set up for success.

50% Deposit to Lock It In: Once your application is approved and your date is set, a 50% deposit secures your spot.
Final Payment: Due at the end of the sprint, right before I hand over all your fabulous new designs.
